Exercise more
Yeah it's boring and it's painful. You dread it the night before and even the second before. The cramps in your stomach and the ache in your muscles. Basically, it sucks. But have you ever taken a second to think about how you feel after that two mile run? Or how you feel after you lift your max. Yeah, the physical feeling kind of resembles death, but the psychological feeling makes you proud. I think exercising more is important because it makes you love yourself. You're proud of yourself for accomplishing the challenge you faced yourself with. And how can other people be proud of you if you aren't proud of yourself.
